14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

For standard returns outside statutory withdrawal rights, products should be returned in their original condition, with all included accessories and components, where reasonably possible.

Customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal may inspect their products as permitted by applicable law. A reduction in the refund may apply if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, where legally permitted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns.

Flos Noctifer does not offer free return shipping or complimentary prepaid return labels for ordinary change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us. We will provide an appropriate solution and cover return shipping where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Start a Return

1. Email flosnoctifer@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return, if you wish to provide one.

2. Our support team will provide the applicable return instructions and correct return address.

3. Carefully package your item, including any accessories being returned.

4. Arrange and pay for return shipping if you are returning an item because you changed your mind, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct destination and instructions.

Nothing in this procedure limits your right to exercise a statutory withdrawal right through an unequivocal statement or any other legally permitted method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at flosnoctifer@outlook.com and include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are not limited to the 14-day standard return period.

Fragrance Refills and Return Exceptions

Certain products may qualify for exceptions to statutory withdrawal rights under applicable law, including sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal conditions for such an exception are met.

Opening a fragrance refill does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights in every situation.

Any applicable return restriction will be assessed according to the product and the relevant consumer protection laws.

Defective or incorrectly supplied products remain subject to applicable statutory consumer protections.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and purchase goods online, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your goods, without providing a reason, unless a lawful exception applies.

If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the last item.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed upon without additional cost to you.

You may be responsible for diminished product value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and functionality, where legally permitted.

United States Returns

Customers in the United States may request a standard return within 14 days after receiving their order.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for change-of-mind return shipping.

Any applicable consumer protection rights under federal or state law remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to any mandatory refund deadlines under applicable law.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

We do not charge a standard restocking fee.

Any lawful deduction for diminished product value will be assessed individually rather than applying an automatic percentage.
