All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Our logistics partner Eprolo ships directly from their global warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe (EU countries): 5–9 business days (from Poland warehouse)
- USA: 5–9 business days (from USA warehouse)
- UK, Norway, Switzerland: 7–12 business days (from Poland warehouse)
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.): 8–14 business days
- Asia & Oceania (Japan, Australia, etc.): 8–15 business days
- Canada & South America: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on customs procedures, local postal services, or public holidays.
All orders include free tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once shipped, and you can also track your package anytime via the “Track My Order” page on our website.
Orders shipped from our EU or US warehouses include all duties and taxes.
For countries outside these regions, local import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Flos Noctifer is not responsible for any additional fees charged by local authorities.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can resend it once free of charge. Additional reshipping attempts may require a small fee.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via the contact form on our website and include your order number. If your shipment is confirmed lost or damaged, we will resend or refund your order at no cost.
