Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For standard returns and change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping at our expense.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.

Send your order details and, where possible, photos showing the issue so we can evaluate the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or other legal reasons once opened or used.

Fragrance refills that have been opened, used, or unsealed may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Returned items must be in the condition required by applicable law. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

This statutory 14-day right applies independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
